Forest of Reading

The Ontario Library Association's recreational reading program, The Forest of Reading® encourages the love of reading through exposure to recent books by Canadian authors and illustrators.  Nominated titles have been published during the past two years.

How can you be involved? Register at the Library, read award nominees, track your progress, and vote for your favourite book in your age category!  When you finish each book, put a "leaf" up on Huntsville Public Library's Forest of Reading tree!

Voting

The Official Voting Day is April 23, National Book and Copyright Day.  Voting will be held at the Library all week from Monday, April 23 to Friday, April 27, 2012.  The winning books will be announced at the Festival of Trees at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre on May 15 & 16, 2012.
