Room Rentals

Huntsville Public Library rents a large, attractive meeting/function room to the community for educational, cultural, business and leisure activities.

The Friends' Multi-Purpose room seats approximately 70 people and is available to rent between 9:00 am to 10:30 pm at the following rates:

• Morning or Afternoon $55.00
• Evening during regular hours - $55.00
• Day rate (approx. 9-5) - $100.00
• Evening after regular hours - $75.00
  
• Late closing after normal Library hours - $20.00

Rental of the Friends Multi-Purpose room includes the use of the kitchen, which contains a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and kettle. Phone jacks and access to the wireless network are available.

Huntsville Public Library prohibits the use of its meeting room for any purpose which would contravene any statute or government regulation, or which might create civil liability by the user or the Library Board. The Library reserves the right to refuse or cancel any rental.
